We are happy to announce that with the latest appointment on Lidl Baguley we have now reached the 300No. store mark with Lidl UK. We have been working closely with Lidl over the last 4 years assisting with their corporate re-branding of existing stores as well as providing design services to their new build stores.
Design Draughting Services Ltd are involved from the early stages providing Tender Packs for Sub-Contractors to accurately price the façade work, to the engineered design of the rainscreen, working construction installation drawings along with the material schedules. We also carry out detailed surveys of existing stores to establish the feasibility of attaching the new façade work, we then advise if any remedial work or further supports are required. Once the build is underway we attend site regularly to give tool box talks on the systems, check the installation complies with the construction drawings / design calculations and the inspection report is then issued.
